The Governing Board retains the authority to specify the salary of new positions and to determine the credit to be awarded for placement on an existing salary schedule.

The Superintendent is authorized to credit for placement on the salary schedule all appropriate service of an applicant for employment in this Center.

Each non-teaching/non-administrative employee shall be informed annually of his/her salary by July 1st.

In order to advance one (1) step on a salary guide, a non-teaching/non-administrative employee must have served at least one-half (1/2) of the prior contract year with the Center.
