3150 - STAFF INFRACTION

The following guidelines provide the disciplinary process applicable to all staff members.

The Educational Service Center shall generally use a progressive discipline process consisting of verbal warning, written warning, suspension, and dismissal. The verbal and written warning procedures are described later in the guidelines.

In any disciplinary matter, all actions will be in accord with applicable Federal and State laws. The infractions listed below are indicative and not necessarily inclusive. The Center reserves the right to discipline staff members for infractions not listed herein.
