The general guidelines that are to be followed for special education are contained in the Policies and Procedures Manual described in Governing Board Policy 2460 and on file in the office of the Director of Law. Said guidelines shall be interpreted in a manner that is consistent and compliant with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Improvement Act of 2004 and its implementing regulations and the Operating Standards for Ohio Schools Serving Children with Disabilities in the Ohio Administrative Code.
